Using TNM for contributing to OpenStreetMap

OpenStreetMap (OSM) is a wiki-like map of the world. Public domain data is an important information source for OSM. While many layers from TNM have been uploaded in bulk to OSM, many have not. TNM layers are provided as cached tiles and WMS layers that, with a little effort, can be used to digitize features directly into OSM.
